INTERNAL SOP

Execution cadence (W1 → W4) + quality guardrails

Access 222™ is controlled execution. Your job is to deliver a predictable monthly outcome, avoid scope creep, and identify when a client should be graduated to a higher tier.

Week 1 — Plan

Confirm track, collect assets, draft the Monthly Execution Plan (outcome + deliverables + timeline), send for approval.

Plan → approve → start

Week 2 — Build

Produce the primary deliverable. Send preview. Schedule the single revision window.

Ship fast

Week 3 — Improve

Apply revision + complete the secondary improvement (track-dependent). Keep changes measurable.

Polish + finalize

Week 4 — Recap

Send “What Changed + What’s Next” recap. Confirm next month track or recommend upgrade.

Recap → next

Scope guardrails

One track at a time. One primary deliverable. One revision. No “unlimited requests.” If it’s bigger, upgrade.

Control = scale

Upgrade triggers

If the request requires multi-page rebuilds, custom software, complex integrations, compliance, or faster SLA—upgrade.

Graduate, don’t grind

AE Quality Checklist (must hit each month)
  • Client goal is clear and written in one sentence.
  • Deliverable matches the selected track rules.
  • Timeline communicated (3–7 business days typical).
  • One revision enforced (no endless edit cycles).
  • Final delivery packaged + explained.
  • Recap sent with next steps.
Messaging snippet: “You don’t need a $50K build to start winning—you need momentum. Pick a track. We execute monthly deliverables with a clean plan and recap.”
