How to explain the contractor path simply

This is the version a recruit should understand in one reading.

You come in as an independent contractor working on your own time. You sell from a real service library, not a vague “marketing package.” Most deals begin with a deposit, which is where your upfront money is modeled from. Then some accounts continue into monthly revenue through Beacon, platform plans, or add-on retainers. If you prove yourself over time or by closing six cases, you can become eligible for an office role with base hourly pay plus commission.
