Summary
We collect only what we need to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and provide gated client services. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message). If you use gated services (Client Vault/Admin), the authentication provider (Netlify Identity) stores your account information and provides us a token to verify access.
How we use it
We use contact submissions to reply and to coordinate services. We use authentication tokens to control access to gated content and admin features. We may store portal monitoring results to support service reliability.
Data storage
Site content may be stored in Netlify Blobs (a key/value storage layer) and served via Netlify Functions. For advanced engagements, a separate database may be used under contract.
Security
We use modern security headers on site responses and enforce access control for gated routes using signed identity tokens. No security is perfect, but we build for practical threat models.
